Returns & Exchanges

At Flux Footwear, we want to ensure every step you take is a comfortable one. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
